REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

This Refund and Return Policy governs the terms under which Five Alarm Cigars LLC, a legally registered business in the State of Texas, handles returns and refunds. After this introduction, the company will be referred to as Five Alarm Cigars.

Five Alarm Cigars is committed to providing high-quality cigars, accessories, and merchandise. Customers may return unopened and unconsumed products within fourteen days of receipt. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging, free from damage, and in resalable condition. Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Certain items are not eligible for return. Opened or partially consumed cigars or tobacco products cannot be returned. Customized or personalized items, gift cards, promotional items, or products that have been altered, damaged, or improperly stored after receipt are also ineligible.

To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service at BAS@FiveAlarmCigars.com before sending the item back. Returns must be shipped to the return address provided by customer service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item shipped or a defective product.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Five Alarm Cigars will process the refund within seven business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the company's part.

Five Alarm Cigars does not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must notify Five Alarm Cigars within seven business days of receipt and provide photographic evidence. A replacement or refund will be provided at the company’s discretion at no additional cost to the customer.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Five Alarm Cigars reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
